ARTICLE VI

Duties of Officers: President: Shall preside at all official Meetings of the organization. Secretary-Treasurer: Shall take care of all correspondence, collect all dues, keep accurate records of income and expenditures, and keep the membership informed of all club activities via the club newsletter. The Secretary-Treasurer shall compile an up‑to‑date list of all members of the organization to the members by April 1st. Past President and Directors: They shall be prepared to serve the President on any committee that they may be appointed to.

ARTICLE VII 

Executive Board:  This board shall consist of the President, Secretary‑Treasurer, Past President and Four Directors. Three members of the Executive Board shall consist of a quorum. This board is empowered to act in any emergency when the occasion or condition arises that does not permit general participation or approval by club members. They shall direct activities, appoint necessary committees, and their general duties include the setting up and approval of all club sponsored shows. In the event of a vacancy in any office, they shall appoint a member to serve the unexpired term of the officer vacating their office.

ARTICLE VIII

 Annual Meeting: The President shall call for an Annual Meeting, preferably to be held in conjunction with the annual meet, or any club sponsored show. Ten adult members shall consist of a quorum. Minutes of the proceedings must be recorded and copies mailed to all members with the financial standing by April 1st. Two auditors shall be appointed at the Annual Meeting by the membership and their audit is to be completed during the month of January and a report thereof made to the membership in the next newsletter.

ARTICLE IX

Changes in the Constitution:  Any member may suggest changes in the Constitution by serving notice, in writing, to the Secretary sixty (60) days or more prior to the Annual Meeting so it may be included on the agenda to be decided by the membership.
