BY LAWS

 1.        Membership is open to any person, any age, either sex.

 2.        The Association shall sponsor at least one show per year.

 3.        Judges for sponsored shows must be qualified or a dove breeder.

 4         A simple majority of votes cast on any issue shall be counted as the official action of the Association.

 5.        Any member in arrears with their dues is not eligible to participate in any activities sponsored by the Association.

 6.        Every fancier, upon joining the Association, is required to advise the secretary as to their name, street address, city, province, postal code and telephone number.

 7.        The fiscal year of the Association begins January 1st and ends December 31st.

 8.        Stock sales offered at sponsored shows is limited to birds only, and only by members in good standing with the Association.

 9.        Expenditures from club funds beyond twenty‑five dollars (except for printing, mailing costs, stationery and etc.) must have the approval of the Executive Board.

 10.      Expulsion or Suspension of Members: The Association has inherent right to discipline, suspend, or expel any member, including officers, for valid cause, as may or may not be in the By-Laws and Constitution.
